I have over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and hospitality industries, starting as a Circuit Technician at Bitworks where I repaired and tested circuit boards. For 19 years, I was a Staff Manager in Broadband Architecture at Windstream. My role involved managing and engineering broadband network designs, writing technical documentation, and collaborating with vendors to develop new products. I have extensive experience with network protocols, hardware and software testing, and lab infrastructure. I successfully managed a team that contributed to the company’s turnaround, leading to increased subscriber additions and positive financial outcomes. I am proficient with various network solutions from Adtran, Calix, Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, and Ciena, and I stay updated with emerging technologies through industry trade shows. Currently, I am a Network Architect at SONIFI, testing and documenting PON, G.hn, and VoIP solutions for multiple hotel brands in the hospitality world.
